Moreover, in water treatment, softeners are extensively used to bring down hardness present in water. The basic design of softener is based on total hardness present in the water. Further, 1000 ppm hardness cannot be treated to bring down hardness to zero through one pass softening plant.

Water Softening Plant produces treated water to meet the varying requirements of various end users. Treated water is of good consistency quality, low soluble content and low residual hardness throughout the service cycle. The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ions with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions. Treated water meets the requirements of various end users such as, drinking water for domestic use, water for use in food processing industry or any other applications which require clean soft water.

Construction:

• Inlet water is sent from the top and water passes through resin that will reduce hardness to commercial zero
• Vessel of softener is fabricated from mild steel and internally rubber lined or epoxy coated both ends of the vessel is dished with strainer plate and bolted without any leakage
• Depending on the capacity of plant, our professionals regenerate the system (softener) with salt solution
• The brine solution will be sucked through ejector to the softener through the inlet and then passes through the resin to regenerate the system
