Working Principle:
The machine is designed on the principle of easy loading & linear movement of the jars where washing process is carried out in stages
A spring sensor is tripped which initiates the machine to start the washing sequence
The jars are loaded in an inverted position on a stainless steel conveyor with a cup for holding the jar
Washing cycle is done in 4 stages, namely:
1st Stage: Hot water wash
2nd Stage: Hot water wash
3rd Stage: This stage is carried out with normal water after the carbon filter free of chlorine
4th Stage: This stage is carried out with the final product water
