Working Principle:

• The machine is designed on the principle of easy loading & linear movement of the jars where washing process is carried out in stages
• A spring sensor is tripped which initiates the machine to start the washing sequence
• The jars are loaded in an inverted position on a stainless steel conveyor with a cup for holding the jar

Washing cycle is done in 4 stages, namely:

• 1st Stage: Hot water wash
• 2nd Stage: Hot water wash
• 3rd Stage: This stage is carried out with normal water after the carbon filter free of chlorine
• 4th Stage: This stage is carried out with the final product water
